5 DB BOX STEP OVERS (20”)

Treat the first 10 minutes as a warm up use light Dumbbells or Air Squats. Then by feel for the remaining 20.

10 rounds @ 15# DBs

10 rounds @ 30# DBs

4 rounds @ 35# DBs

3 rounds @ 40# DBs

3 rounds @ 45# DBs

    3 minutes rest between

    then: OTMx10

    5 kb thrusters

    5 kb bso @ 20”

    Average HR 130 Max HR 156
