    Used erg bike in stead of echo as I did VO2 max training yesterday on echo. Max sustainable effort for 5-4-3-2 minutes with 3 minutes rest after each. Averaged 317 on the 5 minute one which gives me a VO2 max of 57 for my age.

    Used 25# DB for DB HC&P

    Average HR 125 Max 162
