I did 75#s the whole time. I hadn’t squatted with weight for 6-8 weeks so I just wanted to get a feel for it. My legs still got pretty sore from it though lol 🙂
I did 65# and my triceps are so sore today! Legs a little sore but bearable!
20 minutes OTM:
3 HPC @ 75#
3 FS
3 PP (felt better on my shoulder.
then: 5 rounds of:
6 strict C2B chin up / pull ups ( alternate)
9 DB floor press 50#
12 GHD sit ups / T2B (alternate)
Did with Kelly but she changed up the EMOM as she did it last week.
